Can small guys get attractive girls?

I think couples that are the most happiest seem to be are if the dude is big and built and the girl is feminine hot.  I've always been small (but have good looking face) and just embarrassing that when looking back when I was younger, there were girls I could've flirted with but didn't.  I didn't think it would be fair for the girl to date a small guy.  I wish I was bigger and taller.
