  • hyundai tucson 2006 clutch /flywheel problem enoughs enough?

    i have a hyundai tucson [2006] diesel ,

we have had all the usual defects sorted on this car at our own cost

ie the airbag light kept coming on so had to keep going back forth to garge so got that sorted

it was going through brake pads at an alarming rate since found out after replacing all brake pads and brake drums its a common fault with the brake hyrdrolics on this model and year ,

now last but not least and i simply refuse to pay out for this as its another fault the clutch /flywheel has gone on this car i still have 11 months payments on it thro hp but its sitting there in my driveway unable to move , do i pay the remaining 11 months or do i return the car to the dealer as i now need to hire a car to get me about ive had the car since 9/7/2009 its also had the 2 engine strut mounts replaced withi the first year we got it i keep paying for a car that isnt useable

here we go friend got horse on loan to stay at my stables she paid for the horse to be transported to my stables well halves with owner of horse 4 weeks later fell out with owner asked for money to be returned i managed to smooth this over and so she got to keep horse here then fell out with my daughter and told me to tell owner she no longer wanted horse which i did so owner told me she couldn't afford to get him sent back so soon so i honored the loan agreement as i felt it was my fault as i had placed the ad looking for a horse original loaner never came near horse for 5 days then settled the argument with my daughter and now wants me to contact owner saying she will look after him again but owner doesn't want her to as shes been let down by this girl twice and wants me to continue to looking after him i have taken out insurance on this horse as he has an on going illness i haven't the money to repay the loaner for transport as he was the horse she desperately wanted and got so where do i stand here as owner doesn't want any grief as shes unwell and i cant take much more of this what should i do i don't like hurting peoples feelings but i want it sorted please advise thanks no cruel answers please

  • totally unhandled fell mare age 10 years?

story goes i am intrested in a fell mare and foal the foal is handled every day but the mare is 10 years old and totally untouched the owner states that she must have been abused and has no trust whatso ever i feel so sorry for this horse and i feel i can really do something with her .she isnt stabled at all and i feel now she has a foal at foot some one should start taking care of them both do you think 10 years old is too old to start i believe she had been ridden about 8 years ago but the owner has had her for 5 years and hasnt been able to do anything with her she was wild and hes just let her run in the field i cant believe that she was a ridable horse to something that you cant get anywhere near would you take on this if you had the time /experiance and patience i want whats best for these horses at the end of the day thanx

  • colic and my horses am i paranoid?

everyone else i know had their horses out permantly weeks ago. i was still bringing my boys in to the stable. i had them turned out during the daytime.but in during the night. i have gradually left them out longer and longer and now they are out overnight.everyone said i should have done this weeks ago.as i was only making more work for myself.but when i boarded my horse at the stables i now own. the owner had all the horses out first oppertunity they could get . my tb was nearly wiped out with colic and injured me also [rolled on me] so now i like to slowly ease them on to the new grass . am i doing the right thing or am i just wrapping my horses in cotton wool also if its raining they are brought until it stops and a few hours during the hottest days so they can get a break from the flies and get flyspray put on what do you think [they are both old 24 / 35 yrs]
