Hi, I am considering investing in a buy to let property in Romania and was wondering what peoples views were on Romania as a tourist destination and what areas would people recommend that I consider buying a property in ? My aim is to start with one property and let it out tourists, and I particularly interested in setting up a B&B, what do you think the demand is for letting properties & B&B accommodation in Romania ? Hi, I am looking for somewhere abroad ( outside of the UK ) to invest in property. The EU is still relatively quite expensive and it has been suggested to me that Romania is a good destination with good investment opportunities to be had. Can anyone tell me what are the best places in Romania to consider and what do you think I could get for approx 120,000 Euro ? Also what are the locals like and is there much of an expat community there ? Is there much demand for rental properties as I am looking for a buy to let property. I have spent ages trying to come up with quality answers for people. I have researched them and included links to references etc. Yet some of my answers disappear from the list of answers against various questions. None of my questions have been offensive or have broke Yahoo rules so how and why are some of my answers disappearing. If they are getting deleted by someone, they surely I would receiving a email from Yahoo informing of that and the reason for the deletion ? What is odd is that the questions still appear in "My Q&A" even though my answer has been removed. I have emailed Yahoo Answers team about this twice but they have not replied to my query. Can anyone shed any light on this ? Much appreciated
