I'd had a funny feeling that I had not heard the last of my ex.?
I split up on 1st January 2006, and saw her twice during 2006 - to return stuff of hers that was in my flat and to also get her to sign all the cancellation forms necessary for insurance etc. She phoned sporadically but I had no contact with her since August. Suddenly she is back in town (she move overseas shortly before we broke up) and is pestering me to see me - calling me three times this afternoon - withheld number on my business line. How should I best tell her that I don't want to see her and don't understand why she is pestering me?

Just tell her...Look....it was nice while it lasted but we've moved in different directions...and all we'll do now is make each other miserable. Let's just part as friends and hold on to the memories....

Put your foot down and tell her you don't want to see her and that you are not going to see her. Do not answer her phone calls or have contact of any type with her. If you do, that gives her hope that you still care, and she will be pestering you again. Don't try to be a nice guy about it, hang the phone up on her.

Sometimes the best answer is the truth. Don't go and say your creaping the hell out of me, leave me alone. But simply tell her that you've moved on with your life, your glad to hear from her, but it feels sort of awkward to you. You hope everything goes well with her, but you feel weird talking to her after such a long time.

well, first listen what she has to say, it could be something different than what you think it is. And tell her, that you want to keep her as a good memory and have a good life. If she becomes psycho, it won't last more than 3 weeks, so just ignore her.

If you are confused what to do, you should tell her straight up that you dont want her to pestering you anymore and that you have move on!

Just lie and tell her you're gay. She'll back off and there won't be any rough feelings.
It's worth a try.
