right information from CSA?
Story so far, 5 years ago i got divorced from my wife, not knowing about the affairs. She got 95% equilty of the house ( and left me with the credit cards bills ) so that the kids could have a roof over their heads.
3 years ago she remarried, moved up north, and in the last few months i've had the unpleasant dealing of the CSA ( bear in mind she wasn't that bothered when she had the money or single ).
Given that she has had more then enough dosh from me,do the CSA take this account ( believe me i've asked, but never get a satisfiy answer ).
As all i get is " it's the law " which doesn't justify, which part of the law?. And when pressed on this issuse, i have the phone put down on me, how nice!.
All i'm asking for is an answer, not to much to ask for, from the csa.
I'm sure that if you had £200 out of your wages you what want a honest answer to.
My partner has problems trying to get money from CSA, they do condrict themsevels.
any info or links on how best to tackle the csa.
have tried the csa website, are there any other links that help fight for justice?

The csa will not take into account the fact that your ex had the house etc....they still will take money from you for your children...a 3rd of your wages if im correct in saying that....
Its sh*te but it happens and the csa are not very good at communicating...they dont know their **** from their elbows half the time...

all i can say is im a single parent and i have had it with guys who moan about csa. csa was there for a reason you lay down and make babies therefore are expected to raise them not the goverment and as for her taking your house im sure she helped with that too so stop mpoaning and csa doesnt have to give you answer pay the money and shut up your kids need it and im sure when you decided to make them you didnt consulte with this site for advice surely you dont expect another man or the goverment to pay for them good this country is becoming a night mear full of silly people who call them selves men.......

failing that speak to citizens advice they should be able to tell you your rights and the laws which apply for taking payments. you should also try for full custody of you kiddies it sounds as though they would have a better time with you and not there money grabbing mum

I got lost in the and live in the US but simple put, if your a dirt bag, don't care they never come after you, if you try to live up to "standards" you get screwed. And no the kids never never see are get anything from the money they take from you.
