Some how I must have initially signed up in the UK & Ireland, but I'd like to make my default USA. How do I do that?

Just go down to the bottom of the page, and select the US flag. You'll be in the USA. Don't forget to bookmark it, in case they want to ship you across the Atlantic again. :)

Go to your user account and find the "location" section (might be called places or language or something similar) and change that. Then do what the first post said.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. You might just need to keep typing in to go directly to Yahoo.com and then click on answers.

If you find clicking the flag no good try clicking on the internet tools(in the tools bar)and typing in the details if the home page you want (ie., www..........com) or if you do it whilst on the page you want try clicking for current page in same place - good luck

You will need to use the flag at the bottom of the page.
