How do I sign up for a hotmail account? The sign-up doesn't seem to be working?
I have tried filling in the form and have filled it in as it should be, however clicking the 'I accept' button just resets the form.

type in your address bar
www.hotmail.com
then a page will be open
just find here "Signup"
just click it and follow the instructions

You need to have cookies enabled, go to tools > internet options > security and set the security thing to accept all cookies.
