Malaysia: Yaya is on annual leave, kiki.lala is on maternity leave?

yeah..sadly i am..

my tummy already been like this fer 23 years.. [boncit..ehemm..]

even sometimes i get confused .. whether my tummy is chubby and cuddly..

or i am 3 months pregnant..

I dont think they can do that, but im not certain?? They should appreciate the fact that you are working right up until only a week before your due! Most women take at least a month off before their due date, so you are doing them a favour. Remember (if you live in the UK) for the 1st 6 weeks of your maternity leave you will be on 90% of your wage anyway so a couple of days wont make a difference to your wage really, BUT keep a record because if they do start you maternity early they then owe you however many holiday days when you return from maternity. After those 6 weeks you are entitled to the statutory maternity pay of £117.18 for up to 39 weeks, plus you'll be able to claim child benefit (approx £20p/w) and child tax credit (approx £10 p/w) Im lucky, mine is a small company and my boss is great, his wife is the accountant and she is lovely too. She has found out all the information i need with regards to maternity leave and payments.I am also adding 2 weeks of my holidays onto my maternity (which im starting on my due date) and nothing has been said to me about it being wrong?
