Virgin Media, upto 50Mbit, (and that really is UPTO 50Mbit unlike BT's upto 20Mbit where people only usually get around 8 to 10Mbit at the best of times).

When Virgin media sell you Cable service upto 20Mbit or Fibre upto 50Mbit, you WILL get them sort of speeds depending on where u are downloading from, the only time u don't get them kind of speeds is when the site u are accessing cant handle it, where as with BT and other ADSL suppliers its usually down to your ISP that cant handle it, and no "line rental" is needed, you just pay for the Service.

Virgin Media Cable or Fibre is the way to go..

No fake dial up needed in router or windows networking, its a TRUE allways on connection.

I stay in a village, and the final cyber web equipment for my section is pipex purely because of the fact it supplies the quickest connection in the kind of low pop. section (3MB). in case you like a television equipment with it, BT broadband is somewhat customary. in reality, i'm utilising the BT homestead hub now to deliver this :) desire this helps =D
