It means "Duck liver cream/spread." Although, "pato" is Spanish and the rest seems to be French. The next ingredient is duck fat and then the rest are just water and basic ingredients like that.

    duck foie mousse

    Ingredients:

    •UN foie mi-cuit 400 g block

•200 ml of cream to mount

    •200 gr of toasted hazelnuts

•2 black truffles (I no put you)

    Preparation:

First grind the hazelnuts, but leaving the pieces that notice. And it also parses the itsy bitsy truffle. As I have done a weekends, did not truffles, but without them is also very rich

Breaks the foie with a fork, becomes a bowl along with toasted hazelnut and finally cream: and is mounted with electric blender or with what we have at home to mount cream. I did in the thermomix in speed 5 until that was as you can see in the picture.

The result is a luxury snack. I did two you latitas like this, purchased at Aldi and very well out of price how note that we are in rainy season in these supermarkets to my me is going fine mouth mouth, so far me has fucionado: when someone says me one of its products is rich, is it worth, and this one is great!!!!
