why are top premier clubs so disrespectful?
I am sick and tired of top premier clubs showing disrespect by wearing black masking tape as an armband. Man City, Liverpool, Chelski all are guilty. I mean how much does a black armband cost? Arsenal are the only club that shows respect by being prepared. You would think with the money the players earn they could buy there own.

good call.
it does look terrible... like a hurried, last minute, not much of a priority gesture.
you would think the clubs would have some put-by, just in-case they're needed.
(it isnt even as if they would be hardly ever used, infact over the past few years, wearing them is fairly common)

It shows that it is a "grass roots" gesture that comes from the player and is not just part of a uniform supplied by Management.
I know it looks cheesey.. but is meant to be more heartfelt.
