  • why are top premier clubs so disrespectful?

I am sick and tired of top premier clubs showing disrespect by wearing black masking tape as an armband. Man City, Liverpool, Chelski all are guilty. I mean how much does a black armband cost? Arsenal are the only club that shows respect by being prepared. You would think with the money the players earn they could buy there own.

  • Nasri + Money = Passion?

Personally I feel that most PL players lack any loyalty and are ruled by the $ or £, I wouldn't mind if they were just honest and stated I am leaving for the money, how refreshing if they were honest.

Their problem is they lack passion, integrity and honesty, and move to clubs who massage their overinflated ego's.

Not sour grapes, just a weary foot ball fan who missess the qualities raised in the modern player, I mean really who is worth £175.000 per WEEK! I am a nurse go figure.

  • Are you scared of Dying?

It's just that I have never been afraid of dying. I expect it was starting nursing at 18, you deal with it at an early age. Of the thousands of deaths I have dealt with (my back ground is in Emergency Care) I have only witnessed peaceful deaths. Or as Woody Allen put it " I am not scared of dying, I just don't want to be there when it happens!"

  • Why do I have to be British?

The Irish are irish, the Scots, Scottish, Welsh, Welsh, so why do I have do be British and not English? It is not a matter of race but culture.

If I cannot call myself English, I'd rather be European. Why does this appear on every ethnicity form I complete? any ideas...sensible, educated answers please.

    many Thanks

  • I think my marriage is over.?

I have been married 25 years this year, we were so in love for 23 of them, best friends soul mates in fact.

I have always been the major earner in our family but it is never discussed and we share everything 50/50. Two years ago he was made redundant and our life changed almost overnight. He constantly on the computer, me downstairs.

We stopped being a couple and became two people living in the same space. I do all the housework, shopping, cooking, ironing, washing, driving etc. Plus I work full time.

He does only what I ask him to do, reluctantly.

We do not make love, have any meaningful conversations anymore and I do not know where it all went wrong.

Because of my past I am in need of reassurance that I am loved but recently I have stopped saying it first to see if he initiates saying he loves me, he doesn't and it has been weeks since he has said he loves me. I feel dried out and unwanted. I cry every day, I do love him, but things are just not the same anymore and I do not know if I can carry on living a lie until I die.

Yet I am very afraid I will not survive on my own financially. We do own the house but living alone at my age (mid 50's) fills me with dread. Yes I have raised all this with him. I'm just not sure if I want to die feeling as I do almost everyday.

Everyone loves him and thinks I am so lucky to have him, and maybe that is true, I just want to be loved, not just needed to clean house.
