Liliana was my number one name for quite a while, but then my taste just changed. It isn't a bad name. As far as aging goes, I think putting your eggs in that basket is silly. A child makes the name grow with them, not the other way around. But that's just my personal opinion. This name provides quite a few nickname options, my favorites of which is Lili, even if it is the most predictable. Liliana is the only spelling I would consider, but Lilliana is also credible.

I think this is a really cute girly name but I'm not sure it will age well as an adult.

I like it. I like that it can be shortened or used full for a lifetime. Its great to see that some people still consider that their child is going to have this name for LIFE!
