how to create video noise in a video?
I'm shooting a video BUT what I need is video noise/pixelation at the start and during the video. What I'm looking for is the type of video noise that is present in movies and TV when video communications between two points are being started or interrupted. I can do it brute force but I'd rather not have to do it that way.
