Person Of Interest. Good series, but why is every villain in the show super-rich?

A billionaire or super-spy. It's starting to get on my nerves, you can almost guess who the villain is simply by the fact that he'll be the guy with the most money. They seem to live in a World inhabited exclusively by multimillionaires and police detectives. I fear that in Season 3 POI may have jumped the proverbial shark.

Many of the "numbers" are ordinary people. Yes the villains are "high end"; the Machine wasn't built in response to minor threats. The higher level of criminal, the greater potential for harm. Neither are Harold and John ordinary people. Season 3 is great.
