Why am I not on the leaderboard?
I should be number 4 on All Categories.

All Categories doesn't have a specific leaderboard. Only individual categories and subcategories have a Top 10 Leaderboard, based on Best Answers in that specific category/subcategory. And the overall Leaderboard is based on sheer number of points. I don't think you are high enough to qualify.
