Cheap touch screen phone - flippable camera?
I'm basically looking for a cheap touch screen phone to use my accounts such as whatsapp, snapchat and kakao talk on - but I'd like the camera to be flippable if possible like, you can have it facing whatever you're looking at or at you through the screen. Preferably one under £25 - £30?

Well If you want a contract then you could get some phones to be free.
Other than that, you wont find a touch screen phone THAT cheap.
