Yugioh Ruling Question: Creature Swap vs. Great Shogun Shien?
Player A is Turn player
Player B has a face-up Great Shogun Shien and a set Mirror Force.
Player A Normal Summons Kinka-Byo and activates its effect.
Player B chains Feindish Chain, targeting Kinka-Byo, negating Kinka.
Player A then activates creature swap, Kinka and Great Shogun Shien are swapped.
Player A attacks with Great Shogun Shien.
Can player B activate Mirror Force?
Great Shogun Shien was already face-up when Fiendish Chain was activated, but he wasn't in player B's possession.

Player B would be able to activate mirror force since he is the opponent of great shogun shien. ps when was this question asked
