Is is rude to tell a muslim girl in hijab that she s pretty? I did earlier today and her tone sounded so annoyed and cold.?

if you like how a mulsim girl looks in a hijab, dont use the term "pretty'.. say something like.. I respect the fact you wear a hijab.. and leave it as that..

If the woman is not related to you, then it is socially unacceptable for a man to speak to a Muslim woman in public.
It would not be rude for a woman to tell a muslim girl in a hijab that she is pretty.
