Opposition leader Navalny is heading back to Russia, what do you think the chances are he’ll be alive at the end of this year?

I think he might be suicidal, the odds that Putin won’t have him killed before the end of the year seem to be slim to nonexistent. I think he will be arrested and imprisoned, then I think he will be spending months in prison, and then I think he will die mysteriously while in prison.

    A brave man, I agree if Putin doesn't kill him he will cook up some charges against him and Navalny will end up in a Russian Gullag.. After all it is what Putin has done to any other potential challenge to his power, when they get popular.

    If I knew him I would try to persuade him not to go back, as I said a brave man, a genuine hero, who at best will end up somewhere like this;

     Navalny is either very smart or very brave. Maybe a little of both ? I think he knows the world will be watching closely when he returns to Russia. So he'll be safer now than he was before. Because if anything happens to him, everyone will blame Putin.

    That seems pretty likely.

    He's a brave dude.
