How do I tell my korean friend I love him? Im in Australia & he is in korea We both have partners ?
Its more so to reveal what I couldn't 9 years ago.
We clearly loved each other back then but we were both young & never expressed our feelings.
I just want him too know that a part of me Loves him.
Thats it.
Just so he knows before I die etc

With a few kilometers between you, unless you plan to meet, does it matter? IF you plan to meet, are you going to throw aside your current life and partner? Love CAN make you not care about any loss (material or emotional) and just start over. Try a real paper letter with a sincere "I love you" in whatever language the person understands. If they respond in kind, you may have a new life ahead. If they laugh, keep your chin up and bear the loss of something you never had.

So you don't love or like your current partner? Never wise to look at the past and wonder what if. If it was going to happen surely it would have happened?
Who's to say you two are even the same people or could make it work? You might have changed so much that you actually regret even trying and then you'll loose everything
