What can I do if my monitor is not working?

Today my monitor is not connecting to my PC no matter what I do. I tried everything and it seems to be a issue with the monitors connectivity with HDMI. I tried different HDMI connections but still nothing. I think there's something wrong with it's HDMI port. I'm still in my warranty period so should I call the manufacturer and see if they can service this or if not replace? I don't see any reason why I have to pay for an entirely ne monitor if this one stops working as described in my warranty period.

    the most common issue is that the buttons under the monitor's right edge that control where it looks for signal are no longer looking at HDMI.  try cycling through the selctions

    Test another monitor with your PC. Try your monitor with another PC. If the former works and the latter doesn't, the problem is the monitor. If it's the other way around, the problem is the PC. Try different cables.

    You mentioned warranty. If the monitor is still under warranty, just bring it back to the store you bought it from along with the sales receipt. If it's just under a week, you're entitled to a direct replacement, free of charge. Longer than that, it's free service and maybe parts but you'll have to deal with not having a monitor until they fix it. 

    It sucks, I know, so I always keep an old working monitor for such cases. You can get one cheap, secondhand.

    Monitors break down like everything else on the world.Buy another monitor.Hopefully it fixes problem.

    Try using the monitor with another device and cable known to be good.

    If your computer is a laptop, make sure you select to use the output, not the screen.

    YES. Under warranty?  PC or Monitor?  If the PC or the monitor is under warranty, then you should absolutely call them.  Just to make sure, test the Monitor first by connecting it to another pc or laptop with HDMI ports.  If the monitor works fine, then you KNOW it's the PC and if the monitor does NOT work you'll know it's the monitor.  Also be sure to use a different cable just in case your cable is what's causing the issue.  Test all parts.

    Are you sure it's the monitor? Could your GPU be the issue? Could your RAM need reseating?
