Dictating who may vote???    You mean only allowing legal citizens to vote with some form of ID?  What a crazy idea!!!!

The Dems might stop the filibuster and pass HR 1, then most of the Republican efforts to quash the vote will be illegal (and they'll have to come up with new ideas.  Which they will.)

Otherwise, it's still up to Dems to get out the vote, like they did last November.
