    No, they're herbivores.  Veganism is a conscious ethical stance.

     Rabbits are HERBIVORES  they consume a plant based diet

      such as clover grasses  some  calciferous plants

    such as  broccoli and Brussel sprouts  ( per live science )

    are they VEGANS - NO they do not have the Mental cognition  of humans

    the word use of VEGAN  aka VEGANISM ..is the "practice " of a  PERSON  abstaining  from the USE of ANIMAL products  ( known as MORAL vegetarians )  such as  furs  leather  other products HONEY   ironically  such by products enabled humans to survive in  harsh environments and to successfully reproduce  )  milk eggs  meat fish  PEOPLE who are VEGANS  consume  a diet of that of vegetarianism

    the term VEGAN was coined in 1944 by D. Morgan and D. Watson  when they confounded the VEGAN society  in the UK  at first it was only  NON DAIRY vegetarian  in 1945 extended to eggs  HONEY  animals milk  Butter and cheese

    Rabbits are classed as HERBIVORES (which, if anything, is closer to VEGETARIAN).

    VEGAN is a diet that people CHOOSE to have.

    No, humans are the only creatures that can be “vegan”. A vegan is an omnivore that has CHOSEN not to consume meat or animal products .

    Rabbits eat vegetation they don't eat other rabbits if you happen to let a rabbit eat meat the rabbit May chew on it but won't swallow it.
