Why is it that when it comes to adoption that is the only occasion where you get backlash for being mad that you were catfished?

Question

1. I realize that no adoption agency is going to have complete comprehensive information about everyone all the time but it's only fair in just a gift all parties involved informed consent. 
2. Regardless of someone State superficial preferences for adoption or someone simply does not have the capabilities to care for a special needs child, which are with sexual male death behavior, a child that's set fire ect.. there should be an element of transparency throughout the adoption process so that whether it's an international adoption a adoption that is done as an interstate adoption or a local adoption individuals should be as informed as possible to know exactly what they're committing to. 
3. How can anyone justify that deception is a normalized standard of practice to condone catfishing in adoptions. 
4. I understand that it's important to have a vetting process for both the child and the potential adoptive parents but there should be communication to ensure that things are a good fit

Birth parents up to a limited point should reserve the right to change their minds, mothers and fathers both. HOWEVER, I don't think it should be legal for the birth mother to retain any financial benefit she received from the would-be adoptive parents, such as medical expenses they paid out on her behalf. If you change your mind about an adoption, you should repay what you would have paid if you had never considered adoption at all.

Personally I think it should be standard for any expenses the would-be adoptive parents offer to be put in an escrow fund that becomes payable the day the adoption is finalized and recorded (and not a single day before), so that if birth parents change their minds, adoptive parents don't lose any funds and can save the money for trying again if they so choose. I also think it should be legal for adoptive parents to sue if they believe the birth mother/father was fraudulent in their claims of wanting to place her child. It's quite rare for birth parents to deliberately lie and exploit desperate would-be parents, but it does happen.

Well why they have to go overseas for adopt etc that can be a risk too . But I think as far as catfishing I think real thing is if girl changed mind or something like that .but most people do allow visits etc so I don't know etc exactly but you are taking more risk by going to another country . Sometimes they fake the parents signatures etc . Think In the us is more trackable or something like that so can be more sure etc .but now that I think about it the birth mother can be catfished too if you think about it . Say just surrender baby how the hell she knows who will adopt the baby etc lol so that also like unless write specifically on baby shirt like what etc so that also . Two guys or one girl one guy only lol like  have to write that stuff omg just think about that . Like that why I think open adoption is only catfish proof option cuz then can backstab either way or come back lol hey I made mistake before lol then it just confused . So either way person can be catfished because it's kind of suspense what happens the baby etc . Also what if want same race to adopt lol like all this stuff etc . Like that why better to know or write a very specific letter lol hell no for this etc  at least the people should respect the wishes in the letter 💌 like etc .
