Is it O.K to be a vegan in Indian society not vegetarian , VEGAN?

    I ate pork at early age, some chicken, some goat meat, some turkey meat, sea food like shrimp, fish, crabs, eggs, No Beef and later became eggetarian with no much consumption of dairy products

    I'm sure it's OK but they are not big on the vegan thing, there is a high vegetarian population in India, so much so that McDonald's branches in the area have made a big vegetarian menu. I don't see how anyone would have a problem with vegans though? I mean as long as they aren't telling everyone else to do the same.
