Kyle committed 2 homicides and a wounding that permanently maimed someone.  I assume that you are talking about the video that showed the second homicide and the wounding.  Those acts are only excusable if and only if the first homicide was excusable or justifiable.  As far as I know there is no video that definitively shows the first homicide to make a judgement either way.  Let the trial settle it.

I do know that Kyle was stupid to show up there period, let alone with with a gun he really should not have had.  Kyle's attackers (the last two that were shot) were also stupid to attack him.  So, just stupidity all the way around.

And I believe it was self defense, but he made a bad decision bringing the rifle and going into the street that night. If he was just defending his own property we wouldn't be having this discussion.

As far as my personal judgment it appears it was a self defense situation, however, the truth will come out in the wash. (as "granny" used to say)

In another situation;Did you believe DerekC had his hand in his pocket while kneeling on GF? It appeared that way in many video angles until one came out revealing it was a glove outside the pocket that blended in with D`s trousers. (not saying it makes a difference in the major issue)

Due process of the law is a right EVERYONE is entitled to....not judgment according to everyone`s political affiliation.

Yes indeed.  And he will be sent to prison to be beaten and abused.  But it will be for his own good, and will make a man of him. 

He was looking to kill people.  He was hunting them.  He's unambiguously guilty and deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison.
