You will excuse me for my own stupidity, but then did we start tolerating mass murder and I would like a year please. As I recall for at least the last 25-30 years every time there is a mass murder there is a movement to outlaw guns. In the state I life in there have been a town about 50 miles south of me that has had at least one murder a week this last year. Based on what it on the internet are drive-by shootings to be tolerated because they usually do not involve the killing of more than a couple people? Interesting how quickly tome politicians jumped on this media blitz. Are the families of those who were shot going to be allowed to morn in peace and not in the middle of a media carnival.

Every time I attempt to go into my Facebook Account I have to reset the password. I can reset on Monday at 6:00 a.m. and at 2:30p.m. attempt to access it again and have to reset the password again. It happens every time I attempt to access the account. Another good reason I hate facebook, by the family uses it and I feel stuck.

I wondered because, If you belong to a clan, you would know. If you surname was associated to a clan you might not know. There is a big difference. Many of the Clan associations in the US are like historical societies like the DAR and require documented family history to join. Just because a surname has it origin in Scotland or Ireland doesn't mean that you are an automatic member. If you name origin is from Scotland or Ireland, you could contact the society for that name and ask about the requirements of membership. It took me several years of do the research requires to join the Stewart Clan. I had only been doing genealogical researcher about 15 years then, now after over 35 years I have learned easier ways to locate documents that I needed to become a member.

recently a Genealogical question appeared that lead me to believe that there might be a connection between me and the person asking the question. I provided information indicating that as I was very excited to have possibly made a connection to someone with the same story in their family. I was reported as violating the chat rule, which I admit to now. However, as a researcher I really wanted to connect to this person and they didn't accept e-mail. Why would someone violate a response that might give them additional about their family? I just don't get it. I was excited to have possibly found someone with the same family story.

and you get an answer that is not exactly what you what to hear, to you violate the person who answered, or accept it as their honest answer?
