How can I recreate the flavour of Key Limes?
I'm making a Key Lime Pie, however I live in Australia and we can't source genuine Key Limes here. Is there anything I can add to Tahitian Lime Juice to approximate the flavour of the real thing?

I've eaten limes all my life, but have yet to see much difference in taste. Call me backward, but unless you are running a restaurant, try your best with any sour citrus, the results will still be yummy. Be a Locovore.
