But yes, to answer your question i would rather someone who has won 2 champions leagues, 1 Uefa Cup, 2 Portuguese leagues, 2 premier leagues, 2 carling cups, 1 fa cup, 2 Serie A, 1 Copa Nazionale and 1 Copa Del Rey in just 10 years, over someone who has 1 FA cup in 28 years.

He would get the defence right and make the side very difficult to beat.

England are not the best side in the world but they would stand a good chance of winning something by not letting in many goals & winning 1 - 0.

i think the next england manager should be english and choices would be

1st harry redknapp

2nd stuart pearce

3rd roy hodgson
