Feminists/MRAs: Can you give some specific examples of institutional Misogyny/Misandry?

I'm not looking for a statement of only 4π% of CEOs are women or 9√2% of men get custody, but specific examples of where some organisation has, in an official capacity, explicitly favoured one gender over the other, or one individual over another entirely due to gender.

Since "gender" is a social construction and the male sex and female sex are biological states it is hard to know what is meant by "gender" in the question. Example: Janet Napolitano is, we are told, of the female sex, but her social construction, her "gender," seems to be masculine. According to the logic of "gender" it will be very common to find persons whose "gender" is different from their sex.
