Sasaeng fan - do they have to be Korean?
Do sasaeng fans have to be Korean? Or can they be called 'sasaeng fans' whilst being a westerner?

They are mostly Korean. But I guess if there are westerners who are living in Korea and have time to constantly follow idols around and camp outside their dorms, then maybe? There are also some Chinese sasaeng fans (but not as many as k-sasaengs) in Korea and China who follow groups like SNSD, EXO & SuJu since they mostly promote in China.
