Will the first country to release the Covid-19 vaccine be China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore or Russia?

It is really unknown. Out of those ones, South Korea, Singapore and/or Japan would be most likely. Russian president Vladimir Putin said he tested on his daughter, but he hasn’t said it is ready yet. China absolutely not. The U.K, Australia and the U.S are also developing successful vaccines. The stupid thing is the government won’t fund the

 one Adelaide yet they will fund Oxford University in bloody London. Our government should support us! So the Canadian Government is funding Australia's vaccine.

There are 196 sovereign nations on this planet. You've listed two percent of them and left out 98 percent of them. What makes you think that ANY of the countries you've listed might be first?
