Why do some scientists still get married?

They know that love is just chemicals that make an animal want to reproduce. So primitive. They should be focused on science.

Why do some scientists still get married?

    Favourite answer:

Knowing why you are horny does not mean that you can stop yourself from being horny. The body produces chemicals that encourage the person to reproduce and rewards that person with feelings of pleasure after he/she does it. The body does this as a result of millions of years of evolution and natural selection. The body triumphs over the mind in most cases. Of course, some people who get married may choose not to have children. Sometimes the mind can triumph over evolution.

Curiously, there are people who do not get married because of religion, not science. Even so, many of these same people still cannot triumph over their body. Chemicals in their bodies often make these people have sex even after they swear to an oath of celibacy. Priests, monks and nuns still have sex drives, and they often have sex, and sometimes they even rape adults and children.

Do you think people should be allowed to withhold tax if they don't agree with the government?

I'm asking because a lefty person I once knew said he would gladly pay more tax if we had a "nice" govt who didn't waste money on wars. A righty might be willing to pay more tax if the govt stopped sponsoring welfare breeders.

How do you connect with your past life?

    Favourite answer:

There is no such thing. No future life either. This is it. You don't know any such thing. You may wish it but it does not make it so.

Which car should I buy for my first car?

    Favourite answer:

All three are bad choices. Fiat consistently ranks near the bottom or at the bottom in terms of reliability. Electric cars have limited range and charging stations are few. The automatic transmissions in Ford Fiestas are garbage.

Nissans in general are not as good as Hondas and Toyotas. The CVT (continuously variable transmission) they put in most models are known to fail before 100,000 miles.

A good first car is a Toyota Corolla. If you must have a hatchback, look for a well-maintained Toyota Matrix.

Have scientists, unlike other humans, evolved beyond primitive instincts?

Most humans are concerned only with their immediate pleasure and focus primarily on sex, food, drugs/alcohol, etc. Their decisions are guided by emotions, while scientists are guided by reason. Most people have primitive instincts and brain chemicals. Have scientists evolved beyond this?

    Can scientists feel emotions?

    Favourite answer:

No. They are not human. Scientists were built by other scientists way back when, starting in the fifties. Every year another generation is built and they keep getting better.

If more and more mainstream science is coming to the conclusion that the pyramids were electricity generators why was this considered fringe?

    Favourite answer:

And by not long ago you mean this morning when you told the idea to your mom when she brought your breakfast downstairs. Is it fun to eat Jello when your dinner table is on spin cycle?

I am thinking about writing a sort of autobiography-novel-memoir type of book. Do people like reading these sort of things?

So, you don't know me, but I will just tell you what I want to write about.

I feel like when I was 23, I had no purpose in life. College was done, I had no job, no job offers out of my interviews, etc. I finally caught a break to go to grad school and then I got hired right away after. During the end of grad school, I got reconnected with an old friend to go abroad to help with a water project, which fascinated me because I was a civil engineer. Through that, I started networking, made life long friends, made critical professional connections, etc. which all led me greater and greater avenues and adventures in the last 6 years. These connections were all interconnected and depended on one after another. Through these connections, I ended up doing amazing things in a short amount of time like climbing mountains, having a travel friend network, volunteering in the himalayas of Nepal, and leading a team of engineers to Kenya to solve a water crisis for thousands of people, just to name a few.

Over the last 6 years, I strongly believe everything in life is about connections and having an open mind and open heart. I went from the feeling of no purpose, to the feeling of I can change the world and I won't stop until I do. I have seen this ripple effect through many people I have met along the way. I want to write about my personal experience of what connection and inspiration and what saying "yes" can do toward finding your life's passion and life's work.

Has anyone seen the new Solo Star Wars movie?

Today, I'm watching the New Solo Star Wars movie on Netflix. I got to see who Han Solo was before he met Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia. If you haven't seen it, I suggest you find it on Netflix, on DVD or purchase it on Itunes and Google Play.
